Verifying the chemical composition - PMI Gun / XRF Analyser

Positive Material Identification, a process used to verify the chemical composition of metallic alloys and ensure the material meets the specified standards. We leverage our PMI gun or XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analyser, to perform non-destructive chemical analysis of metals and alloys. It’s a critical tool to ensure the material composition does not significantly affect the integrity, safety, and performance of the components we are refurbishing.

Measurement and quality control - FaroArm

FaroArm, is our portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that we use extensively for accurate measurement and our quality assurance processes. The FaroArm allows us to take precise 3D measurements and dimensional analysis. It’s a valuable tool for ensuring we deliver the quality and accuracy that is required so all our jobs meet or exceed the original specifications and safety requirements.
